Vitaly Goranov

Chief of the Cytotechnology group. He is a head of a number of tissue engineering projects, devoted to investigation of biomaterials and composites for progenitor cells immobilization for cartilage and bone tissue engineering. Under his direction some elaborations of protocols using different endocrine (islet, parathyroid) cells for cellular transplantation in clinic are prepared. He was awarded by National Award in area of medicine for elaboration of new method of intravascular cell transplantation. He has speciality in endocrinology and transplantology, flow cytometry He has 94 scientific publications in area of cell culture, endocrinology, transplantology.
